Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Simple AI ("the Service", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

The Service provides artificial-intelligence tools to generate text, images, and video on a pay-per-use basis. There is no monthly subscription — you pay only for what you use, using prepaid rubies.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service. The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly permit their use, consistent with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

3. Account and sign-in

You sign in using your Google account. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your Google credentials secure.

4. Rubies and payment

Features are paid for with prepaid rubies. The price of each action is shown to you before you confirm it. Card payments are handled by our third-party payment processor; we do not receive or store your full card details.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to create, request, or distribute content that is illegal, infringes the rights of others, or is otherwise harmful. You are solely responsible for the prompts you submit and for how you use any output.

6. AI-generated content and ownership

As between you and us, you own the content that the AI generates from your prompts, and we claim no ownership over it. You are solely responsible for that content and its use. Please note that, under U.S. law, works generated solely by artificial intelligence may not be eligible for copyright protection; we make no representation as to the legal status of any output.

7. No liability for AI output

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your purpose. You must review and verify any output before relying on it. We are not liable for content you produce using the Service, nor for any decision made in reliance on it.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, and we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific action giving rise to the claim.

9. Privacy and cookies

Our handling of your data is described in our Privacy Policy. We use cookies for the sole purpose of keeping you signed in (session management); we do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Your privacy rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), are described in our Privacy Policy.
