The only personal data we store about you is:

• your email address;
• your Google account identifier (from Google Sign-In);
• your Discord identifier, if you have linked a Discord account.

We do not collect or store any other personal data about you.

2. What we do NOT store

• We do not store your prompts in any form.
• We do not store the text, images, or video that the AI generates.
• We do not store payment card numbers — card payments are handled by our payment processor.

3. How we use your data

We use the data above solely to authenticate you, operate your account, and provide and bill the Service.

4. Cookies

We use cookies for the sole purpose of maintaining your signed-in session. We do not use analytics, advertising, or cross-site tracking cookies.

5. Sharing

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with any third party for their own purposes. To generate results, your prompts are sent to third-party AI providers in an anonymized, aggregated manner — bundled so that the provider does not know which user a prompt belongs to and cannot identify you. Payment data is processed by our payment processor solely to complete your purchase.

6. Disclosure to authorities

We may disclose stored data to competent public, governmental, or law enforcement authorities where required by law or otherwise applicable (for example, in response to a valid legal request).

7. Data retention

We keep your account data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time; we delete your data upon account closure or a valid request, except where retention is required by law.

8. Your rights (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request its deletion or correction, to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do not sell or share it), and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.
